Once’s spots are sold; they are final as rooms are booked at that time.

If life happens and you can’t make it!  If we have a wait list, we will help sell your spot out to get you a refund. This is not always possible, so double check your calendar before signing up.

This event will launch at 8:00 am. Saturday morning. All driving, stops, lunches, dinners will get organized for Saturday. Sunday morning, we will leave out of the resort after breakfast and hit some of the roads the hill country is known for. The lunch stop is already setup, then after lunch everyone heads back to their home locations.

*Wine tasting at $65.00 per person at the Resort will be an option in the evening if we have enough interest.  This will be an added cost to the spots.

**Car washes can be setup if you want to have your car cleaned on site after the long day of driving.  This will be an added cost when you get to the Resort.
