Mountain Madness - 5 Day, 5 Night Event

Mountain Madness is finally here!  This is our biggest event yet, and we are thrilled to offer you a trip of a lifetime.

Get ready to ignite your spirit of adventure as Mountain Madness launches atop the awe-inspiring cliffs of Mount Magazine in Paris, AR—the highest point in Arkansas and the ultimate starting line for an epic journey.

Thursday, each of us will make our own way to Mount Magazine Lodge, where we kick off this extraordinary adventure with a meet-and-greet dinner at The Skycrest Restaurant.  When you arrive at the lodge, after you check in, feel free to explore the state park, go into town, or whatever your heart desires.  After dinner, get some rest because we start bright and early in the morning.

Friday morning, engines roar, and hearts race as we set our sights north, winding through the Ozarks to The Riverview in Cape Girardeau, MO. Let the thrill of the open road and the sparkling Mississippi River welcome you to a new chapter of excitement. Whether you test your luck with a complimentary gambling voucher or soak in the riverfront atmosphere, the day is yours to savor before we gather for a memorable dinner.

Saturday, we wander through Tennessee, winding our way to the legendary luxury of Gaylord Opryland in Nashville for a night of unforgettable excitement.  Once we arrive, feel free to explore the area before dinner, and after dinner, if you still have energy, check out Nashville's nightlife.

Sunday dawns with anticipation as we carve through Tennessee’s rolling scenery, each mile building toward Gatlinburg’s enchanting mountain vistas and vibrant energy. After settling into Bearskin Lodge, we’ll venture into town for a festive group dinner and discover the adventures that only Gatlinburg can offer. Rest up—tomorrow, the grand finale awaits.

Monday, the final exhilarating leg, winds through the sweeping curves of Tennessee and Georgia, building anticipation until we arrive at the majestic Valhalla Resort in Helen, GA. Here, we’ll toast our adventure with a spectacular farewell dinner and unwind in luxury fit for legends.

On Tuesday, depart at your leisure—recharged, exhilarated, and with stories you’ll relive for years to come. Mountain Madness is more than a road trip; it’s a legendary adventure you’ll never want to end.

Along this journey, some legendary names you know will be in the mix.  Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, and Cherohala Skyway just to name a few.
